Products or parts name ZRHE
Products or parts description Zirconia abrasive belt
Features ZRHE is the standard grade abrasive belt using zirconia abrasive media. It has an excellent grinding capability and is good both for light and heavy grinding. Even under low load conditions, the grinding edges of ZRHEs grains show a good self-sharpening performance. With this belt, customers can enjoy the high performance of zirconia grains.
Field of use Used in the light and heavy grinding of metals. Also effective for dry-and wet-grinding.
Products or parts name ZRY-91
Products or parts description Zirconia abrasive belt
Features ZRY-91 is a type of zirconia belt with active fillers applied on its surface as a top coat. This belt prevents galling and seizure, thus making cool cutting possible. It uses a substrate stronger than that used in ZRHE.
Field of use Effective for the dry grinding of difficult materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium alloys.
Products or parts name ZRH-UZ
Products or parts description Zirconia abrasive belt
Features ZRH-UZ is an orange-colored abrasive belt with a top coat designed for heavy grinding.
Field of use Suitable for polishing common metals and stainless steel.

Field of use For polishing copper alloys and curved metals including faucet parts
Products or parts name Cork CRS
Products or parts description Cork belt with an abrasive medium
Features Cork CRS is a type of abrasive belt using cork grits coated with a silicon carbide medium. Due to its high elasticity, the cork on the belt will serve as a shock absorber and create a uniform surface without deep cuts when polishing the workpiece. This belt has a very high durability, and can be used until the cork becomes completely worn out. Depending on the grit size used, it can generate mirror-finish surfaces.
Field of use For pre-grinding prior to metallic coating and the removal of light scales on stainless steel or burrs on plastic products
Products or parts name Felt belts
Products or parts description Felt belts without abrasive grains
Features These belts have felts bonded to the cloth substrate. They can achieve bright luster finishes when used on belt-polishing machines.
Field of use If used together with solid and liquid abrasive compounds, finishes similar to those achieved through buffing can be generated. Effective for the final polishing of metallic and wooden surfaces
